headboard!

I finished my headboard! Lucky for me I already cut out the plywood, foam, and batting from my last headboard. So for this time around I just recovered the headboard leaving my old fabric attached for extra cushion.

catbird dreamin

My obsession with catbird happened a few months ago but boy, have I been hit hard. Not only am I obsessed with almost everything in the shop but now i'm saving every extra penny I make and am in the process of creating my my very own stacks!

white rooms

in the midst of trying to figure out my new room, i'm debating the question: to paint or not to paint. I am almost always against white walls because I don't want the room to feel washed out or boring for that matter. But after searching the web i've fallen in love with some of these rooms. Maybe plain white walls are going to be a great challenge--I officially accept.

dream room

I love to create spaces that make you feel right at home. But since I have moved recently, I have never been more indecisive about my new room motif. I am constantly battling between my love of whites and neutrals to create a clean, dreamy space v. my other love of eclectic mixes of patterns, colors, and prints. Since my new room is extremely small, i'm going to try to find the best of both worlds. Here are some inspiration pictures to help me achieve the look that I am going after. Maybe I should call my new room a dreamy moroccan glam love affair?

lingerie inspired

My latest project in a lingerie line, i'm drawing major inspiration from vintage lingerie, dreamy photo shoots, pastels, and glamorous screen sirens. My pattern books should be arriving any day, so expect to see some sexy little delicates in my etsy shop.
